Frances is a neurodivergent creative producer, coach, and connector born and raised in Glasgow. Her lived experience navigating the creative industry while managing invisible conditions has shaped a deep commitment to access, authenticity, and meaningful change.
A visionary creative producer and intuitive connector, with a unique ability to bring ideas to life and the right people into the room. Whether she's producing immersive events, curating collaborative spaces, or guiding individual growth, she leads with empathy, clarity, and purpose—always centering human experience and creative potential.
